As a part of Sensibill’s brand refresh Design was tasked with exploring design solutions and direction for Sensibill’s blog.
Rationale
It was important that each stream of blog content was designed and illustrated visibly distinct from one another. This allowed us to find design solutions with higher and lower lifts depending on the importance and urgency of the content.
We wanted Sensibill’s blog to differ from competitors by being fun, edgy, and beautiful - keeping users intrigued with our content. We needed to be mindful of our existing brand guidelines in order to ensure that our designs are clearly “Sensibill”. Handdrawn illustration, vector illustration, illustrated collage, and photography styles were chosen as the pillars for our blog design system.
Process
Using Miro's affinity mapping and competitive analysis, we determined our stylistic path. It was important that the styles chosen were separated by the type of blog content, and design lift.

We paid special attention to how they communicated the value of their offerings, page structure, navigation, and how they visualized their technology.
